Here is a snapshot of training so far...

Completed Training Key
Training Key
- Green cells are completed/entered training
- White cells are planned training
Completed Training Key
- 4000 (1:42) S = 4000 yards in the pool swimming at an average pace of 1:42 per 100 yds
- If the swim was outside, the S would be OW
- 26 (23.0) C-153 is 26 miles cycling at an average pace of 23.0 mph and an average heart rate of 153
- I do not distinguish between stationary bike vs. outside riding at this time
- The stationary bikes often report unrealistic distances and speeds
- 5 (7:53) T-154 is 5 miles run on the treadmill at an average pace of 7:53 per mile and an average heart rate of 154
- If the run was outside, the T would be an R
- (talk) indicates I ran with a friend and spent a lot of time talking. I make note of this because the HR often shows 5ish bpm higher than it would otherwise.
- PT indicates that I did a physical therapy routine
- Pump-131 indicates that I did a Body Pump class and had average heart rate of 131
- Body Pump is basically like an aerobics class, but with weights. It is challenging and focuses on lighter weight with higher reps
- Lift indicates that I did a weight lifting session with heavy weights
- Rest indicates that I took a day off
- Green boxes in the past that have a black border around them include data from a race
- More than one item in a cell means I did multiple things on that day. If it is a weekday, then the workouts would typically be split between AM and PM. If it is a weekend then the multiple workouts are most likely done in a single long session
Planned Training Key
- 5 (7:53) is a 5 mile run with a goal pace of 7:53 per mile. These runs are typically on the treadmill
- 6 @170+ is a 6 mile run with a goal HR average of at least 170 bpm
- 16 @145- is a 16 mile run with a goal HR average of less than 145 bpm
- Swim 90 is a 90 minute swim
- Bike 60 is a 60 minute bike ride
- Spin + 30 is a spin class plus approximately 30 minutes of additional riding
- Body Pump is a Body Pump class
- Lift is a weight lifting session with heavy weights
- PT doesn't show up on the planned activity, but the goal is to do the physical therapy routine every evening that I don't otherwise exercise.
